1 pack Tilda coconut rice

1 tbsp coconut oil melted

1 tbsp honey

3 tbsp ground almonds

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp sugar free white chocolate chips

1 tbsp sugar free dark chocolate chips

10 tbsp desiccated coconut

1 tsp cinnamon

Method

Cook rice

Melt coconut oil

Stir coconut oil into rice with honey, ground almonds, almond butter, cinnamon,

Wait to cool before stirring in chocolate chips

Roll into golf ball sized balls

Coat in coconut

Store in fridge in airtight container
