Less than 100 calories per serving
25g cashew nuts
2 tbsp cashew nut butter
1tsp ground ginger
1 scoop vegan protein
50g ground gluten free oats
50g gluten free oats
1/2tsp vanilla extract
100ml unsweetened almond milk
Desiccated coconut to coat the balls
Blend all ingredients together except for oats with a hand blender or in a food processor.
Mix in oats.
Mixture should be sticky and mouldable.
Roll mixture into balls and cover in desiccated coconut, this recipe should make 12 balls.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes and serve.
