Ingredients

225g dark chocolate 70%or above

2 dessert spoons olive oil

50g white chocolate

50g pistachio nuts

50g dried mango

Sprinkle of pink Himalayan rock salt (optional)

Method

Line baking tray with parchment paper

Melt dark chocolate in a bowl

Stir the olive oil into the dark chocolate

Sprinkle salt into the dark chocolate mix and stir well until smooth and shiny

Pour the chocolate mix into baking tray and swirl around until the tray is fully coated

Roughly chop pistachio nuts and sprinkle over dark chocolate

Sprinkle dried mango over the chocolate

Slowly melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the top like you’re a fancy artist!

Place the lot in the fridge to set

Wait until it’s set and crack into random sized pieces

Best eaten straight from the fridge

So pretty and so tasty!
