Less than 500 calories per serving
40g gluten free oats
150ml unsweetened almond milk
1 serving vegan protein
2tsp Sweet Freedom Choc Pot Chocolate Spread
50g mandarin slices
1 small banana
15g desiccated coconut
Make the oats to your preference using the unsweetened almond milk, add water if required.
Stir in vegan protein.
Mix in Sweet Freedom Chocolate Spread.
Place mandarin slices, banana and desiccated coconut on top.
