Ingredients

Bowl Ingredients:

1 medium sized banana sliced and frozen

80g frozen raspberries

2tsp Acai powder (I use Naturya)

1 serving (30g) vanilla vegan protein powder (I use Free Soul)

Unsweetened almond milk to create desired consistency (I use 50-100ml)

Toppings: (these are in addition to the calories counted for recipe)

Sprinkle of chia seeds (I use Naturya)

Desiccated coconut (it isn’t compulsory to shape this into a heart, but I think it looks super cute!)

Sprinkle of pomegranate seeds

Sliced kiwi fruit

Method

Buzz all of the bowl ingredients in a food blender until smooth!

Pour into a beautiful bowl!

Add any toppings of your choice, be as creative and messy as you wish!
